Appointment Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation that occurs within 12 hours of the
appointment, customers will be billed a $25.00 cancellation fee.
Please ensure your availability for an appointment.
In the rare event that we have to cancel our appointment with you, we
will deduct 10% from you labor costs on your next invoice with us.
Invoicing
We ask that your provide payment at the time of service or receipt of
new computer. We will happily accept credit cards, checks, or cash.
In the event that we do not collect payment at the time of service, we
will provide you with an invoice that will be e-mailed within seven days
of service. We ask that you provide payment within fourteen days of
receipt.
Payment Schedules
We will happily work with you on a payment plan. We accept a variety
of payment plan options but all bills must be paid inside a six month
period. Contact our office to discuss possible payment
arrangements.
Late Payments
Payment that is not made by the due date on accounts that have not
established a payment schedule will be charged a $30.00
processing fee in addition to monthly interest. Accounts that default
later than a six month period will be handled with third party
intervention.
Appointment Times
Please note that while we make every effort to arrive on time to your
appointment our technicians occasionally run late. Please allow up
to sixty minutes from your scheduled time for your technician to arrive.
