| What is remote help? The program above will allow one of our technicians to connect to your computer and take control anywhere you have a high speed Internet connection. You must start the remote session and when you end it, it disconnects us from the machine. We cannot connect to your computer without you authorization. We strongly recommend that you have at least a 1 Mbps Internet connection. Vista users may require some additional setup before the remote session begins due to Vista's security and visual features. |
